Though to be honest, they are kind'a loud. Each plays one of the Wabbit toddler games as a screen saver. They have been divided into separate folders in the rar respective of the packs they come from. For the computers from DLC packs, you will need that pack installed for the décor computers to work in your game. Also they can be placed on any surface, even wall shelves, now that Maxis have given us a handy object shrink cheat. I cannot remember which computer got what, but they all got something different to mix it up a bit and I did try to keep each screen saver relevant to the look and style of the computer. Almost all computers from Base Game, Get To Work and City Living have had a clone made for decorative purposes only. All clones have been given various screen savers ranging from the five main screen effects that are seen when sims use computers, to the funky DJ Booth screen movies. Not even for The Sims, I'll make no exception.) Not a single loot box game in my collection. Well I won't, cause that's they day I uninstall it forevermore. And then, for our sins, trying to scam the scammers armed with psychology reports and all - we get loot boxes in Sims PC. So buy your loot boxes now while there's still time, then rush off to a psychiatrist to register how fucked up loot boxes have made you, then wait for the final legal verdict. Any guesses? Fuck It For All? Football Is For Imbeciles - with money! Or if the law goes against them, then so can FIFA, Federally Illegal Finally Asshats! If deemed unlawfully harmful, then there is just cause to argue it has always been thus, since the Big Bang. FIFA? In the EA universe that must mean something completely different to what we think. Oops, deary me, another child has just bankrupted their parents. How unfortunate for Honest EA to have fallen upon such an unfavourable coincidence. There really is no true comparison. Coincidentally, also the founding principle of "Honest EA's" loot box, surprise mechanics philosophy and it's growing implementation. (Not counting any slablets or computer rack objects.) Get the number right for each, and you could win the chance to download all these mods for free! ("Win the chance." No, sorry, that's actually "could win the chance." Now those are the opening words to a right royal scam if ever there was one. Screen savers!īut before we get to the details, let's take a quick quiz, to see how many of you eagle-eyed veterans can spot how many fake décor computers and how many real, usable computers in the set of six pictures below. I hope to be releasing that mod very soon - as mentioned in the Patch News post for 1.42 new mods.ĭécor computers! Screen savers! Computer addiction intervention buffs! Screen savers! Unbreakable Computers! Screen savers! Portable inventory computers! Screen savers! Less noisy no wake up sims computers! Screen savers! Bonus décor Wabbits! Screen savers! It's all going on here, folks, in the great computer giveaway bonanza! Did I mention screen savers? Of course I did. This means they go back to blocking and route blocking objects and passageways they are now, once again, too big for. I have actually been working on a huge mod that fixes this shrinking-expanding footprint error, and I should have blomming-well known those shrunken objects on the desk in the pics were also causing the block and the queue stomping. Save, quit and reload the game, and the game reinstates the original size of the footprint, though the green footprint icon still stays small. Large objects do have their green footprint reduced to match the shrinking, but only for that session. That new Maxis cheat to shrink objects has a bit of a problem. And two, the very desk in the pics I was trying and failing with. One, an overzealous implementation I originally put in mod, which I've now removed as it wasn't actually needed. Actually, there were two elements causing this queue stomping effect. So I did a little tweak to the mod and, hey presto, now sims will use the computer from their inventory if clicking on the computer first. Update - I took another look at this, as sims having to sit first before using inventory computer did not sit right with me - if you'll pardon the pun.
